Through structured testing and behavioral insight synthesis, I identified friction points and delivered recommendations that informed product direction in a live retail environment.

🎾 Before transitioning into design, I competed internationally as a professional tennis player, reaching a world ranking of No. 300 and representing the Belarus national team for nine years. Performance shaped how I work — preparation, composure, resilience, and delivering when it counts.
