Hi, I’m Shalimar Talbi — a product designer, systems thinker, and former world-class tennis player.

🎯 I care about impact that holds up.
I bring structure, clarity, and discipline to product work. I focus on defining clear objectives, working within real constraints, and aligning decisions to measurable outcomes. I am most effective where systems intersect, including designing the interactions between digital and physical touchpoints, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and prioritizing between equally important tasks.
🏢 Through SCADpro collaborations, I have contributed to enterprise-sponsored initiatives across healthcare, automotive, insurance, energy, and public sector organizations. My work has included large-scale experience audits, high-fidelity interaction concepts, research synthesis, and presenting structured recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
🎾 Before transitioning into design, I competed internationally as a professional tennis player, reaching a world ranking of No. 300 and representing the Belarus national team for nine years. This experience shaped how I work — preparation, composure, resilience, and delivering when it counts.
☕ Outside of work, I stay active outdoors and continue training with the same discipline that shaped my athletic career. I appreciate craftsmanship — strong coffee, well-made objects, and glasswork that balances structure with lightness. That attention to performance and intention carries into how I approach my work.
